Vintage Lakes, set behind a 50-foot natural tree buffer, will have a gated entry and two private lakes. Kickerillo Companies, the exclusive builder in Vintage Lakes, plans to build 143 single family homes on 70-, 80- and 100- foot lots. Homes varying between 3,500 square feet and 8,000 square feet will be priced from $475,000 to over $2 million.
