Location
Oak Park Trails is located just south of I-10 West on Mason Road in the West Houston area, with easy access to the Katy Freeway and the Grand Parkway, adjacent to the I-10 Energy Corridor.
Description
Oak Park Trails is part of the Memorial Parkway Community that contains over 1,000 acres. Oak Park Trails was started in 1991 and contains 424 acres with more than 1,400 lots in 20 sections. According to Metro Study, it led the Katy South submarket subdivisions in housing starts and sales in 2004.
Community Services
Water and sewer are provided by Memorial MUD. The area is served by two homeowner associations and two recreational areas. Oak Park Trails is adjacent to the Great Southwest Equestrian Center and is in close proximity to both private and public golf courses, as well as the many park activities in the Barker Reservoir.
