Vintage Park, a 500,000 square foot town center style project is a development of the Interfin Companies LP in partnership with Mischer Investments, the Kickerillo companies, and investors Perrin White and James Hill. An integral aspect of the development is a 112,000 square foot HEB super market. Opening is scheduled for the fall of 2007.
The architecture of Vintage Park will have a Mediterranean feel with hand laid pavers creating a cobble stone street affect. The buildings will be stucco with stone column walkways, clay tile roofs, and mosaic ornamental details reminiscent of an Italian shopping promenade. A central core, the piazza, will consist of a series fountains and gardens which diners from various restaurants will overlook. A covered arched portico will form the backdrop for this nearly one acre pedestrian oriented area.
